The slums of Mumbai offer more opportunity than Baltimore

In Democrat-run cities, those in power use diversity training, identity politics, and victimhood to keep students unprepared and uneducated.

This is a tragedy.

Instead of trying to improve the performance of minority students, the Left spends its time reconciling students to their own poor performance and looking for someone to blame.

If I were a disadvantaged kid, I would have a better shot at success in the slums of Mumbai than the slums of Baltimore.

Usually, politicians live in gated communities and are immune from the consequences of their own disastrous policies.

But in the case of Elijah Cummings, the crime in Baltimore actually made its way to his own door!
