Dear Friends,

This week, Judge Andrew Napolitano spoke about Preet Bharara and my indictment on The Kelly File, "I don't think this was his call. I think this came from somebody in Washington for a reason probably connected with the ferocity of Dinesh D'Souza's criticisms of the president." Watch the whole interview with Megyn Kelly here.

Senators Ted Cruz, Jeff Sessions, Mike Lee, and Charles Grassley have also been fed up with the McCarthyism of the Obama administration. They sent a letter to the Director of the FBI last week demanding answers about my prosecution. They asked 12 important questions. Read the article here.

Speaking of our founding values, I came across this picture in my archives this week:

Dinesh D'Souza and William F. Buckley

It's a picture of me with William F. Buckley in the 80s during my time working in D.C.

Today is the sixth anniversary of Buckley's death, and I hope we can take a moment to commemorate his vision for our shared cause. He will always be remembered first as the founder of the modern American conservative movement.

Buckley is one of the main reasons that I became a conservative. His book, God and Man at Yale, was instrumental in showing that colleges belong to the students who pay to learn there, not the faculty and administration. I also patterned my renegade student newspaper, The Dartmouth Review, after Buckley's National Review.

In memory of a conservative giant in American history, take a moment this week to read my eulogy of Buckley at Townhall.

Sincerely,
Signature
Dinesh D'Souza

P.S. I'm looking forward to delivering an important talk at CPAC in D.C. next week. Will I see you there?
